Terms of Service
You agree that you are of legal age to sign a rental agreement with 7 Canyons Ranch Reservations, and that the information you submit is true and accurate. You agree to pay for all goods and services that you, including those using your account or in your group, requested through 7 Canyons Ranch Reservations, including all applicable taxes. When making a reservation, 7 Canyons Ranch requires a 2-night minimum and the appropriate cleaning fee as noted on the room description and a 100% deposit, which can be secured with a credit card. 7 Canyons Ranch will in turn send you a confirmation email. Verify the information, as it is the guest's responsibility to verify the dates and location of the reservation. Any discrepancies should be directed immediately to 7 Canyons Ranch Reservations at 830-796-1319 or INFO@7Canyonsranch.com.
Normal check-in is any time after 2 pm and check out is at 11 noon. Failure to leave on time is subject to a charge equivalent to half of the one-night stay unless 7 Canyons Ranch and / or the host on site authorize it in advance. Registered guests are responsible for any damage and / or additional cleaning fees. If additional cleaning is required (beyond the norm), your credit card will be charged a fee of $ 25 / hour.
7 Canyons Ranch has the right to inspect the number of people in its group. If a host reports additional guests, your credit card or account will be charged appropriately. You agree that you will not hold a party, nor social gathering, nor will you have more guests than those specified in your reservation or a wedding without the written permission of 7 Canyons Ranch.
If you or your guests smoke in a non-smoking facility, you will be charged a $100 cleaning fee. There is a $ 10 fee, per set of keys, for not returning them.
Lost items: 7 Canyons Ranch and their owners are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Items found are generally saved in our office for six weeks. If you do not contact our office and arrange to be picked up or mailed, these items will be delivered to a local charity. There is a $ 5.00 handling fee for a lost item, plus the postage fee.
Changes may occur and occur from time to time, including prices and services. 7 Canyons Ranch makes every effort to inform you about these changes. 7 Canyons Ranch reserves the right to transfer guests if unforeseen circumstances arise. . 7 Canyons Ranch reserves the right to refuse service to any person.

Cancellation Policy
By making a reservation, you agree that 7 CANYONS will charge $ 25 for any cancellation more than 10 days from your arrival date. Within 10 days of your arrival date, you accept that you are responsible for the full rate of the first night. You are responsible for the entire reservation if you have not canceled your reservation 24 hour before the arrival date. There is no refund for early departure.
Cancellation policy Event, Holiday weekends, Partial and Whole Lodge Rentals: By making a reservation, you agree that 7 CANYONS will charge $ 25 for any cancellation more than 14 days from your arrival date. Within 14 days of your arrival date, you accept that you are responsible for the full rate of the first night. You are responsible for the entire reservation if you have not canceled your reservation within 48 hours before the arrival date. There is no refund for early departure.
Exceptions to the cancellation policy: If the Texas Department of Transportation declares that roads are impassable and there is no alternative route available, an alternative cancellation policy may be considered.
